1. The Defendant’s payment to the Plaintiffs as stated in the difference column in the attached appraisal result sheet, and each of them from March 19, 2016.

Reasons

1. Details, etc. of ruling;

(a) Project name: 1) Project implementer for K Housing Redevelopment rearrangement project: Publication of project implementation authorization for Defendant 3: Publication of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 22, 2014;

B. On January 29, 2016, the expropriation date of local Land Expropriation Decision 1: March 18, 2016: Each land on the parcel number column of the land to be expropriated in the attached Table owned by the plaintiffs in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "each land in this case") and the compensation for its ground obstacles (the plaintiff only seeks an increase in compensation for each land in this case, and the plaintiff is omitted; hereinafter referred to as "in this case"), the compensation is 3): An appraisal corporation in the attached Form 4 as shown in each column of the amount of compensation for expropriation decision as a result of the appraisal of the attached Table: Sam Chang Chang Corporation and Sam Il appraisal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "appraisal for expropriation decision"): The result of the appraisal is referred to as "the result of the appraisal decision for expropriation".

C.
