【Criminal Facts】
1. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant received a request from the above C to the effect that various conveniences, such as prompt authorization and permission, etc., related to construction, in the process of design and supervision, such as “Y main complex apartment, Ztel, AAtel,” in X located in the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, and “Y main complex apartment, Ztel, AAtel,” etc., and made C pay 210,000 won for golf course usage fees in cash.
In addition, from August 11, 2017 to May 22, 2018, the Defendant received entertainment equivalent to KRW 12,972,770, including golf course usage fees, meal expenses, and lodging expenses, on a total of 64 occasions, from the 17 construction workers, such as the foregoing C, as described in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, in total.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to the public official's duties.
2. On August 2017, the Defendant received the said request from the said C at an infinite location not exceeding Daegu, and received the said request from the said C in 2016, which was used and profit-making free of charge from around August 2018 from around the time when the NAS DH3.3 car was provided with a considerable amount of operational profit.
