1. Obstruction of business;
A. On August 26, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) the victim E, a business owner in Gwangju-dong-dong-gu, was working for the Defendant only when the business was finished; (b) the victim was able to take a bath to the said victim; (c) the customer was shot up, such as the shot up, etc.; and (d) the customer was shot up at the bar; and (e) the customer, who was drinking in the said place, was fright up to 1:30 minutes per hour and 30 minutes per hour.
B. From around 01:20 on August 27, 2013 to 01:50, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (b) 01:20 to 01:50, on the ground that the Defendant: (c) opened a restaurant of “G” located in the Seoul Northern-gu, Gwangju; (d) ordered only one week per week; and (e) the victim, who is an employee of the wree, took alcohol and smoke, said victim said the victim as a non-smoking area.
2. The Defendant of assaulted No. 1-A, at the same time and at a place as set forth in paragraph 1-A, the victim E (V, 58 years old) who is the owner of the friend, “Is bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

3. 4. On August 27, 2013, the Defendant was suspected of obstructing the performance of official duties as referred to in paragraph 1 within the I District Police Station of Gwangju Northern District around 02:20.
