A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant purchased each of the following land on January 13, 1998 and completed the registration of ownership transfer each of 1/2 shares under the receipt of No. 8293 on February 10, 1998.

① C 160 square meters (hereinafter “instant land” or “land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table”) ② D 1,055 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in ignsung-si (hereinafter “instant land”) < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 12,782 square meters in E-si (hereinafter “instant land”) (hereinafter “instant land”) ④ 800 square meters in ignsung-si F. (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer to G on the ground of sale on September 19, 200 on one’s own share of 1/2 with respect to the instant land.

C. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant land ② on the ground of the sale as of September 19, 200 on the ground of the Plaintiff’s 1/2 share to the said G, and the instant land ② was divided with 165 square meters among them, and the area was changed to 890 square meters into 890 square meters. G and the Defendant changed the area to 890 square meters on January 6, 2015 and July 23, 2015 to Ha and I, who are the Plaintiff’s children, completed the registration of ownership transfer with 1/2 shares, respectively.

On September 19, 200, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant land ③ on the part of G, and the said G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of 1/4 shares to H and I on January 6, 2015. ③ The instant land was changed to 6,410 square meters of its area (the instant land, the area of which was changed to 6,410 square meters; hereinafter referred to as “land indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table”) following two divisions on August 26, 2009 and July 14, 2015.

(The sum of the lands specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the attached Table shall be hereinafter referred to as "each land of this case").

On September 19, 2000, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the 1/2 share of the instant land to G. G and the Defendant sold the instant land to J on September 1, 2009.
