1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 87,138,260 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 2, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff entered into a purchase contract with the defendant on November 2, 2015: Security equipment (fire prevention walls), contract amount: 396,083,00 won (value added tax) and the plaintiff completed the supply and installation of security equipment at the place designated by the defendant under the above contract. Meanwhile, the defendant paid 348,553,040 won to the plaintiff on January 4, 2016. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant voluntarily recognized that the plaintiff paid 87,138,260 won for unpaid goods under the above contract (435,691,30 won - 348,53,040 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% from July 25, 2016 to the day following the delivery order sought by the plaintiff.
