The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 15, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E by saying, “Ispath, Ispath, Ispath, Doar, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha, Ispatha in front of the 601 East-gu
2. The facts charged in the instant case are the crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.
Since the victim F submitted to this court a written agreement containing the intent to cancel the complaint under the original agreement with the defendant after the indictment of this case, the victim F is decided in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
