On November 13, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant committed violence with C at the first path of the king Mucheon-gu 1427, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, 1427, and became a D Railroad Police Center.

Around 00:41 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant continued to take a bath to the Korean Railroad Police Center located E, and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties of railroad workers by assaulting the Defendant, when the Defendant was under the victim’s skes on two occasions by using a cell phone where the Defendant was in a sloping.

2. On November 14, 2015, around 01:20, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate execution of duties of railroad workers by assaulting the said F at one time, on the hand of a person who was requested by the said F to enter the Railroad Police Center, and did not enter the toilet before the entrance of the said Railroad Police Center, after having set the toilets, and did not enter the said Center.
