Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 130,000,000 won with the annual interest rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from February 23, 2012 to October 29, 2015, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff's claim for this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
