1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 200,000,00 and 5% per annum from January 1, 2018 to February 8, 2018.

Reasons

1. A loan under a loan for consumption and a joint and several surety contract dated November 30, 2017 between the indication of the claim and the Defendants, the principal of which has not been repaid, KRW 200,000,000, and interest thereon or damages for delay.
