1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 80,000,000 and the interest rate from March 3, 2012 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 2, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) leased KRW 80 million to Defendant B on March 2, 2012 at the due date set at 24% per annum; and (b) Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation; (c) the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the said money and the damages for delay from March 3, 2012 to the Plaintiff.
