Punishment of the crime
On February 26, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven BCA 110 Orala while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.140 percent from the two kilometers section around the roads in front of the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, to the roads in front of the funeral ceremony in the same military.
