The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On September 24, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (Woo, 62 years of age) who was aware of his knowledge at the same playground 104 apartment 104, the Han-ro apartment 664 Doo-ro 664, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, on one occasion, on the right side of the victim C (Woo, 62 years of age) who was drunk.
