As to the foregoing case, "the defendant does not pay the above fine" in the text of the judgment sentenced on March 27, 2014.

Reasons

Since it is evident that there is an error in the above judgment, it shall be decided as per the order under Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
