1. As a result of examining the defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance and the evidence submitted by the parties in the court of first instance, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is that "1.2 billion won" in the second 17th 17th son of the judgment of the court of first instance is "1.2 billion won", and that "the defendant and the defendant" in the seventh 6th son are "Defendant B", and the "C" in the second 2 and third 10th son is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case where "the defendant and the defendant" are respectively "the defendant C", and therefore they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
