1. As to KRW 51,637,711 and KRW 39,933,212 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate from June 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Facts in the attached Form No. 1 and No. 6 (including branch numbers, if any) asserted by the plaintiff are not disputed between the parties, or are recognized by the purport of the whole pleadings and records.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 51,637,711 won and the principal of the loan 39,933,212 won with interest rate of 15% per annum from June 12, 2015, which is the day following the day of calculating the principal and interest of the loan to the day of full payment, and 10,000,000 won with interest rate of 13.88% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay from June 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
