Seized evidence 26 shall be confiscated.

1. From July 2013, the Defendant took overall charge of the duties as the representative of “E” for the purpose of freight forwarding brokerage business in Jeju City D, and F was working as an employee and in charge of the preparation and accounting of a transport invoice.

After the sinking of the Sewol ferry on January 6, 2015, in accordance with the amended Maritime Transport Act and the Enforcement Rule of the Maritime Transport Act, the client shall submit a measurement certificate issued by the person who registered the measurement certification business to the port passenger transport business operator, and the system was modeled on November 20, 2014.

However, as the loading of cargo after the measurement has been caused by driving away at the time of departure of passenger ships, the Defendant forged the measurement certificate and submitted it to an ocean-going passenger transport business operator, thereby attempting to load the cargo without taking measurements.

2. On January 3, 2017, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the Jeju-si Office “E” office located in D around 14:30 on January 3, 2017, the Defendant: (b) stated that “H”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “20:36:36,130km”, “20,130km in the total weight column of GH weight; and “20,130 km” in the actual weight column and “I” in the name of the Jeju-J office by printing out the form files of measurement from G using a computer located in that place.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a certificate of measurement under the name of the Jeju Business Office Co., Ltd., J, which is a private document on the proof of facts, and forged a certificate of measurement under the name of the J Business Office from November 21, 2014 to May 13, 2017, by arbitrarily stating the total weight of 1,401 times from November 21, 2014 to May 13, 201.
