1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. The Plaintiff is a school juristic person established with the purpose of “school education based on the fundamental ideology of education of the Republic of Korea.”
The Defendants are the former and present faculty members of the V University under the Plaintiff Educational Foundation.
2. Determination as to a claim based on the unlawful use of a corporate card (claim No. 1)
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, and I were assigned to the position of the Vice-President, the Superintendent of the Educational Affairs, the Planning Director, and the Research Cooperation Director at V University under the Plaintiff’s control, and Defendant K, L, and M were employed as the chief of the Office of Secretary of the V University.
(C) Defendant 12 held office in each of the above positions and executed business promotion expenses, etc. using a corporate card.
Business promotion expenses, etc. shall not be used for any purpose other than the designated one.
원고는 학교법인 A 제205호 이사회(2012. 4. 24.) 및 제223호 이사회(2014. 3. 31.)에서 의결되어 실시한 V대학교 행정감사 결과와 자체행정감사결과 피고 12인은 위 각 직위로 재직하는 동안 유흥업소(단란주점, 유흥주점, 칵테일바) 등에서 아래 표와 같이 학교법인 카드를 부정하게 사용한 사실이 확인되었다.
Therefore, although the Plaintiff notified Defendant 12 of the return of the amount unlawfully used as above, Defendant 12 asserted that he did not use the amount unlawfully, and refused voluntary payment until now.

B. According to the evidence No. 1 (Provisions on the payment of business promotion expenses), with respect to the business promotion expenses applicable to the plaintiff and his/her affiliated V University, "business promotion expenses" are defined as "expenses which are unnecessary and unnecessary for performing specific business affairs for the operation of a specific business, such as school expenses, entertainment expenses, condolence money, etc. and expenses which are not open to the public for the purpose of use, and which cannot be accompanied by the evidence of receipt."
