On February 17, 2016, around 10:50 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant continued to demand tobacco from the victims B (52 years old and South) who had frightened around Yangcheon apartment shops in front of the same 3-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant assaulted 2-3 times the victim's buck.
