1. The Defendant’s KRW 28,800,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from November 5, 2014 to August 13, 2015, and August 14, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
3. The statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015 to the statutory interest rate is 15% per annum pursuant to the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal. Therefore, the part claiming damages for delay exceeding the scope shall be dismissed.
