A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
From May 12, 2010 to March 18, 2014, the Defendant operated a food manufacturing enterprise under the trade name “E” in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and reported the closure of business on March 18, 2014 to Kimpo-si.
1. In order to operate the food manufacturing business, anyone shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the Mayor, etc., but the defendant from March 19, 2014, after closure of business.
