1. The instant lawsuit between the Plaintiffs and Defendant D was concluded on November 12, 2015 as the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

Basic Facts
1) Plaintiff A is a person who operated a restaurant from June 2010 at a restaurant located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Plaintiff C is the seat of Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B (hereinafter “stock company”) is omitted from the time of the second name.
(2) On March 27, 2012, the Plaintiff A, C, and B (U) are U.S. representatives of companies established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of “T” and wholesale sport sales business. The Plaintiff A, C, and B (U) upon the solicitation of Defendant E, delivered the same money as seen earlier in the name of investment deposit, etc. to Defendant O and Defendant P. (4) Defendant J is the deceased’s heir as the deceased’s spouse, Defendant H, and I, and Defendant K is the wife of Defendant H and the network D.
The defendant L is the spouse of defendant E, and the representative director and in-house director of defendant Q Q Co., Ltd. established for the store business (in March 20, 2014) and the defendant R Co., Ltd.'s inside director established for the food transportation business.
