The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The defendant is a person working as the head of the main office from the D main office in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim E (V, 21 years old) is a university student who runs alone at the same main office in the same city, and is in close relation with the defendant and the defendant's wife F.

1. The Defendant, from July 7, 2017 to around 06:0, 2017, she saw the Defendant’s wife F that she had dice at night with the Victim G and the Victim’s male-gu H at the victim’s house located in Gyeyang-gu G and 403, and went back to the victim’s house around July 8, 2017.

In order to work at H, the Defendant has experienced alcohol at the victim’s home and at the victim’s convenience store, and she has experienced alcohol as the victim and F.

However, while refusing to do so, the victim was able to report the potential victim and rape while drinking mixed alcohol.
