Reasons
1. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant agreed between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on December 2, 2016, to allow the change of ownership of KRW 4,00,000 as stated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant business license”). The Plaintiff paid KRW 4,00,000 to the Defendant on December 5, 2016.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for changing the name of the instant business license to the Plaintiff.
