1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 2,529,160,373 among them and KRW 1,036,85,528 among them, from August 24, 2010 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” among the “reasons for a claim” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the payment order was finalized on February 2, 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
