At Jeju, the Defendant resided in B building C, and the victim D was residing in the same apartment E, the next floor, and the victim D was suffering from water leakage in the defendant's house, and there was a dispute due to the problem of water leakage in the victim D's house. In addition, the Defendant had a reasonable appraisal to the victim F and the head of the management office, who is an employee of the above apartment guard office, and the victim G, who is the victim F and the head of the management office.

1. Intimidation;

A. On January 6, 2019, at around 23:27, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim D (nive, 51 years of age) in front of the residence of the victim D (nive, 51 years of age) under the above B building E, who was walking the entrance door at a hand, and in the presence of the entrance, the Defendant expressed a bath for about 30 minutes of “Ira Crara Crosty, Both years of age, and death.”

B. At around 06:10 on January 11, 2019, the Defendant, at the same place as above, threatened the victim D, such as “to throw away” the victim D, who was in the house with a glarg language slick bed adjacent to the flusium.

2. Damage to property;

A. The Defendant, on the ground that the date and time, place, and victim D, as set forth in paragraph 1(b), told the Defendant’s husband to resolve the water leakage problem, destroyed the Defendant’s flag, which was adjacent to the flag’s entrance, and flaged the outside of the flag’s dwelling place, thereby damaging the Defendant’s repair cost amounting to approximately one million won.

B. On April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on April 10, 2019, damaged the victim G, the head of the management office, stating that “Do not dismiss security guards”; and (b) the Defendant laid off the table table owned by the victim with the large tree strings, thereby damaging the repair cost amounting to approximately KRW 50,000,000.

3. On March 31, 2019, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around 04:10 on March 31, 2019, the victim F (the 66-year old age) who is an employee of the apartment guard room reported 112 and called out to the police officer who was given due attention; (b) strawer, which is a dangerous object stored in the house, uses approximately 30cm in length.
