From December 24, 2007 to February 2, 2008, the Defendant hospitalized the F Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon for 41 days of urology, etc., and around April 21, 2009, the Defendant claimed for hospitalization insurance money for treatment of urine disease, etc. to the victim interesting life company, etc.

However, the defendant could not receive the insurance due to the fact that he had concealed the disease already occurred and purchased the insurance policy, and that he could not receive the insurance if he notified the victim of the certificate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 3,620,415 from the victim to his bank account on May 19, 2009, as well as from May 18, 2006 to February 9, 201, the Defendant was hospitalized on the ground of disease or disaster, or claimed insurance money by purchasing an insurance contract in violation of the duty of disclosure, and received total KRW 267,609,169 from the victims.

G, the Defendant, from January 4, 2002 to March 2, 2002, was diagnosed by D Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for 58 days, and hospitalized with G for 58 days. However, the Defendant, along with G, purchased 10 insurance companies from March 22, 2002 to June 22, 2008, such as the Health Care Insurance for Heungsa Co., Ltd.’s “Health Care for Hekis, etc.,” and purchased 12 insurance contracts with G, while purchasing 12 insurance contracts.

G 38 days from October 13, 2008 to November 19, 2008 from H Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E (Gu F Hospital) for chronic hepatitis, etc.
