1. The defendant shall calculate to the plaintiff 220,000,000 won with 12% per annum from October 8, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. From December 2018 to August 2019, 2019, the Plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 220,000,000 to the Defendant; the Defendant, on August 30, 2019, demanded the Plaintiff to pay the said money by December 30, 2019; and accordingly, the Defendant is liable to pay the said money and delay damages to the Plaintiff.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;
