1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 29, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On December 12, 199, the Defendant borrowed from the Plaintiff KRW 50 million on December 12, 199, KRW 30 million on August 27, 200, and KRW 80 million on a total. On July 7, 2005, the Defendant prepared and issued to the Plaintiff a certificate of borrowing stating the above fact of borrowing.
