1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 14, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is reduced to 15% per annum, and the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, part of the claim for delay damages should be dismissed.
