The indication of the claim is that the Plaintiff filed an application for bankruptcy and exemption and filed a declaration of bankruptcy on August 13, 2015, and was granted immunity on November 27, 2015, and the decision of immunity became final and conclusive on December 15, 2015 (Ui-gu District Court Decision 2014Haak1847, 2014, 1847). Since the Plaintiff did not neglect each obligation listed in the separate sheet at the time of the said application and did not enter it in bad faith, each obligation listed in the separate sheet was also exempted as the decision of immunity became final and conclusive, and accordingly, sought confirmation.
