1. The plaintiff's appeal and the claim extended in the trial are all dismissed.
2. Costs of appeal are due to the extension of claims; and

The plaintiff is a person who has received Ka the Ka theme in the D Hospital located in the Busan Hung-gu C building in Busan, and the defendant is the operator of the D Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital").
B. In the instant case, the Plaintiff received treatment due to the invertebial disease (e.g., e., e., vertebrate crate), and was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital as indicated in the table since the Plaintiff received treatment at the Seoul Gangseo-nam Empia Hospital. From August 8, 2011 to September 22, 2011, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in two times a week at the Defendant Hospital.
