【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide, psychotropic drugs.

1. On May 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 300,000 in a philophone sales vehicle B located near the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fire Station; and (b) purchased approximately 0.3g of Melograms (hereinafter referred to as “diphones”) and traded psychotropic drugs, one psychotropic drug.

A. On May 26, 2019, around 16:30 on May 26, 2019, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs in a way that 0.03g of philophonephones purchased, such as paragraph (1), at the residence of the fathercheon-gu So-si Ciron D heading, Seocheon-si.

B. On May 29, 2019, around 10:00 on May 29, 2019, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs in a way of dilution of approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased in his/her own residence, such as paragraph (1), and injection into the left part of the blood.
