(a) No one shall mediate sexual traffic, etc. for the business of arranging sexual traffic, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A, from June 10, 2014 to June 23, 2014, around 13, 2014, at the first 3th floor of Suwon-si, made five partitions installed with shower facilities at the business establishment of "J", and received 60,000 won per capita from male customers visiting the said business establishment, through the Internet website called "Murba", on the condition that 35,000 won shall be paid to female employees, and the said employees shall employ K, etc. as female employees through the Internet website of "Murbab", and had the said employees assist male customers to show the shower of male customers at the above partitions, and let them start the diesel of male customers with the hands of female employees, and let them do so.
In particular, at around 15:20 on June 23, 2014, Defendant A employed Defendant A while going out of the place of business to order the advertisement of the said business, and around that time, Defendant B, who was lodging in the said place of business, demanded to receive money from a male customer visiting the business establishment, and demanded Defendant B to guide female employees. The above B accepted it and received KRW 60,00 from a police officer who pretended to be the customer at that time, and visited the said business establishment at that time, as the price for similar sexual activity service, and instructed him/her to guide him/her, and instruct K of female employees waiting in the next room to leave the above partitions.
Accordingly, on June 23, 2014, Defendant A engaged in acts such as arranging sexual traffic in collusion with the above B.
(b) No one shall advertise any business establishment that performs commercial sex acts, arrangement of commercial sex acts, etc. in violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc.;
