Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 31, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Ulsan District Court on May 31, 2007, and a fine of KRW 1 million as a result of the same crime in the Daegu District Court racing support on January 29, 2014.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 13:25 on May 17, 2016, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again as a person who had driven a motor vehicle on at least two occasions while under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 30-1, approximately 0.051% of alcohol concentration in a large apartment located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu. 33-1, Ulsan-gu.
