The lower court, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, found the Defendant guilty of all the facts charged of the instant case.

In light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court that maintained the reasoning of the lower judgment, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations and did not err in exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or omitting judgment, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
