1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to pay below shall be revoked.

The defendant.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the city bus A No. 360 (hereinafter “Plaintiff bus”), and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to BS5 automobiles (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. On June 5, 201, at around 16:35, C, driving the Plaintiff bus and proceeding the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D along the one-lanes of administrative school distance from the dunes of the two-lanes to the dunes of the two-lanes, C conflicts with the Defendant’s vehicle, which has flowed along the bus-only one lane along the bus-only one-lanes in order to provide U-turns at the mast two-lanes.

Plaintiff

The parties' assertion that the accident of this case occurred by the former negligence of the driver of the defendant's vehicle, and the defendant also asserts that the plaintiff's bus driver was negligent in passing through the yellow ray intersection, just because the plaintiff's bus driver neglected to do so.

3. Comprehensively taking account of the reasoning of the evidence revealed earlier, the defendant's vehicle is in the second two-lanes of the vehicle stopped for left-hand turn. The vehicle's own left-hand side, and entered one-lanes beyond the blue-string line indicating the bus exclusive lane, and the plaintiff's bus going behind the vehicle's accident occurred by taking the defendant's vehicle, and the vehicle driving the three-lanes or seven-lanes can be recognized as having gone through the intersection by straightening even after the accident occurred. In light of the fact that other vehicles in the above other lanes continue to go straight, the signal at the time of the accident seems to have been a straight signal.
