대여금반환
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 24, 2018 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 28, 2013, the Plaintiff leased KRW 800,000,000 to the Defendant each month with the monthly interest of KRW 800,000.
B. Despite the Plaintiff’s demand for repayment, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff at all, and the interest that was not received at a monthly intervals is the sum of KRW 52,00,000 (=80,000 x 65 months) up to August 27, 2018.
C. Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks to pay to the Defendant the sum totaling KRW 92,00,000,000, and damages for delay from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
