1. The Defendant shall pay 27,775,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 18, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
On August 12, 2014, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for the preparation of the composition of the SongdoNG Camp and the restoration work for Guide 18,150,000 won for the construction cost. On November 11, 2014, the Plaintiff increased the construction cost by 36,850,000 won upon receipt of a contract for the foregoing construction in addition to the above construction work. The Plaintiff completed all the above construction, and the Defendant paid KRW 9,075,00 for the construction cost, may be recognized by each entry in the evidence No. 1 and No. 2.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 27,775,00 (=the amount of KRW 36,850,000 after the increase in the construction price - the amount of KRW 9,075,00) and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 18, 2015 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
