In full view of all the sentencing conditions on the arguments of this case, including the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive and background of the crime, method, means, method and consequence, criminal records, etc., the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable, and thus, the defendant's allegation of unfair sentencing is not justified.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal of this case is groundless. It is so decided as per Disposition.
