A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 12, 2013, from around 22:00 to May 23:30, 2013, the Defendant provided the Defendant with the card in Chapter 206 and Chapter 52 to the victim N, the victim’s O, P, Q, sexually incurable R, sexually incurable R, T, etc., and provided the Defendant with gambling “bagod” in the above manner.
