1. As to KRW 41,569,355 and KRW 41,111,161 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from October 31, 2018 to May 23, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That the part of the claim for partial damages due to the amendment of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the change of the rate of damages for delay from June 1, 2019 to 12% per annum from 15% per annum).
