Punishment of the crime
On June 11, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in Busan East Branch Support, and on November 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the Busan District Court and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million on November 21, 201.
On November 3, 2015, the Defendant driven a bicycle with at least 50m B motor level from the influence point of the trade name in the Geum-gu, Busan to the front road of the main church located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% among blood transfusion around 20:50.
