Seized evidence 12 and 13 shall be confiscated.

1. On July 21, 2015, the injured Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D (at the age of 51) who was in an internal relationship in the Ulsan-gu C Apartment parking lot; (b) brought about money problems; and (c) made it difficult for the victim to take the face of the victim due to drinking, thereby impairing the victim’s character requiring approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. On August 3, 2016, around 21:30 on August 3, 2016, the Defendant, entering a residence, called “the victim’s house located in the said C Apartment Dadong 303, and opened a door to the victim’s house, but the victim refused to do so. However, the Defendant entered the victim’s house through the bend window of the apartment in which the window of the third floor was opened, and intruded on the victim’s house.

3. Around August 3, 2016, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around 21:30 on August 3, 2016, the part of the kitchen, which is a dangerous object that was prepared to open the doors as above in the victim’s home, is the end of the kitchen, which is a dangerous object that has been prepared in advance to the right side of the flower; (b) in the part of the kitchen, the victim’s entrance, chest, distribution, and the part of the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife with the victim’s head.

As a result, the defendant damaged the victim's reputation of face that needs to be treated for about two weeks.

4. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft: (b) one cellular phone owned by the victim located at the victim’s home; (c) three credit cards; (d) one cash card; (e) one identification card; (e) one cash 92,000 won; (e) foreign exchange 5; and (e) one handbag in an amount equivalent to 120,000 won at the market price where one female wall is located; and (e) one handbag in an amount equivalent to 120,000 won.
