However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

No person may transfer or acquire the means of access in using and managing the means of electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, the Defendant established a company from a person who misrepresented himself/herself through the Internet and opened the company's name account, and received a proposal to create transaction performance and provide loans when sending the means of access, such as physical check cards.

1. (State) On October 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the location of the Dbank branch located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) received the means of access, such as head of Tong, C, and OTP; (c) on the same day, Kwikset service article sent to the above bank, the Defendant transferred the means of access under the name of Kwikset service article, such as the passbook, C, and OTP.

2. (State) On October 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a H Bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of H Bank G at the H Bank will-dong branch located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) received the means of access, such as passbook, cash card, andOTP; and (c) transferred the above passbook, check card, OTP, etc. to Kwikset service articles sent out by the bearer.

3. (State) On October 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Korea Communications Corporation (L) branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) received the means of access, such as passbooks, cash cards, and OTP; and (c) on the same day, transferred the above passbooks, check cards, OTP, etc. to Kwikset service articles sent out by the winners of name in front of the above bank.

4. (Transfer of a means of access connected to the (M) account in Seoul Geumcheon-gu around October 29, 2018.
