However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken the bucks, etc. on the second floor of the Daegu Northern-gu building D, Daegu Northern-gu, by inserting the 5-phones into the toilet screen, and then taking the bucks, etc. of the victim E (V, 20 years of age) who reported the bucks using the 5-car camera functions of the 5-phones, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 18:42 on July 13, 2016 to May 14:10 on May 22, 2017, the Defendant taken the body parts such as bucks, etc. of the victims using the 5-car functions of the victims from the 5-cars.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

Where a conviction becomes final and conclusive on the crime of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the holding that a sex crime subject to the registration and submission of personal information under Article 48(1)1 of the Confiscation Criminal Act is a sex crime subject to registration, the defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes.
