【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 4, 2019, at around 16:12, 2019, the Defendant, at the “B” store operated by the victim D Co., Ltd., the second floor of the 2nd floor of the Gyeonggi-si building C, prepared in advance the amount equivalent to KRW 570,000 per market value of the victim’s B, which was displayed in the display stand by making use of the gaps of surveillance negligence due to customer reception stand, etc.
2. From around 16:24 on the same day, the Defendant, at “F” store operated by the victim G in the second floor of the “C building” as indicated in the above 1.1. on the same day, he prepared for a 39,800 won of the victim-owned white twits market value of 39,800 won in advance, which was displayed in the display stand by making use of the gap in surveillance due to customer reception stand.
As a result, the defendant was punished more than three times due to larceny, etc., who stolen another's property again during the period of repeated crime.
