1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from September 1, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable provisions of Acts.
