Reasons

Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Articles 255(2) and 254(1) and (2) of the Civil Procedure Act as to the complaint of this case, although the Plaintiff ordered the Plaintiff to correct the purport of the claim and the Defendant’s specific specification, the Plaintiff failed to implement it within the period prescribed by the above order. Thus, the order is issued as per Disposition.
