1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 80,035,675 and the interest rate thereon from December 17, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as the representative director of the Defendant A Co., Ltd., jointly and severally guaranteed the outstanding amount, the Plaintiff claimed the above amount and damages for delay against the Defendants, since the unpaid balance was KRW 80,035,675, out of the total amount of goods (made goods) supplied to Defendant A Co., Ltd. between March 13, 2014 and October 16, 2014.
