The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On October 31, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim’s left knive hand on the ground that the victim’s attitude of working under the victim D22 years of age was not in mind, and the victim was flicked and flicked on the part of the victim’s workplace, and that the victim was flicked and flicked within the C office.
